These are the terms of use for this website and the music contained herein. The full license agreement for use of music on this site is available at http://gratemusic.com/license.

The Rules:

1. Don't steal the music. This stuff takes time and resources. If you download a recording or a piece of sheet music, it is for your personal use. Okay, if it's a solo with piano, maybe you can print one for the singer and one for the pianist. That is not a problem. The problem comes when you make a copy and give it to your friend or your neighbor or your aunt Mildred. The music is affordable. Your friend, your neighbor, and your aunt Mildred can buy their own. If you are a sharing, caring person, you can even pay for their downloads. Copying or printing the music for anybody but yourself to use without specific consent is illegal, unethical, and whatever other icky words you want to insert here. If you need permission to do something radical (like make copies of a piece for a choir of 300), then e-mail us through the contact page. We can help you get your music and have a clear conscience at the same time.

2. Use the music. Having said everything above, please feel free to use this music often. If you like it, then sing it or play it. Perform it in public or in private. By downloading sheet music from us, you have permission to perform that music at any event that does not charge admission. You may not record it without explicit permission from Grate Music, LLC, but ask and ye shall receive. For permission to record, perform for profit, or copy the music, e-mail us through the contact page.

3. We are grate, but not responsible. We are not responsible for any malfunction of the site. If for some reason you pay for a download and it doesn't work, e-mail us through the contact page, and we will do our best to make things right. However, we are not legally responsible for any problems that arise because of this site, its contents, its partners, or sites linked to it. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by our music, including ringing ears, paper cuts, strained vocal cords, etc.

This site has no affiliation, real or implied, with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or any other organization, religious or otherwise. We do not handle credit card issues in-house. We may contract with other services, such as PayPal and established banking services, to handle monetary transactions. If you have problems with the services we use, please contact us. However, we are not responsible for the practices of outside companies. We are not responsible if they are out of service and cannot process your transaction. We are not responsible if they are incompetent and have bad service. We are not responsible if they collect information from you.
